Yes, my first instinct was to complete current projects and back them up. When you’re done in iMovie, Share to File, then set up a project in Toast and drag-and-drop your file to there. Toast can do things you never asked for and won’t do some things that you were used to. And allows basic conversion of media types to and from. Do go to the Apple support website, search for legacy software, and install QuickTimePro, or version 10. But you’ll be comparing to iDVD, and it will be different.
